Security & Integrity

Financial security

About Us, Travel Systems Abroad Inc. (TSA Tours) was founded in August 1985 by its two principal owners and partners, James J. Cottam of Tempe, Arizona, and Hans J. Krause of Bonn, Germany. Mr. Krause was one of the first pioneers of the revitalization of Miami Beach, Florida and now resides there with his family, managing his hotel investments.

The company was established to promote and operate customized educational and special interest group travel programs from the USA to Europe and other international destinations, primarily for high school students and adults.

We have been a financially solid company for over 25 years and have banked with the same branch of Chase (formally Bank One) since the company began.

Many of our guides and City Representatives in Europe have worked with us (or Mr. Krause) since the inception of the company.

Our staff is very competent, experienced, well traveled and available to you in the planning and operation of your tour program.

Professional Affiliations

TSA Tours has been fully licensed and bonded with the Airline Reporting Corp. and the International Airline Travel Agents Network since 1985.

As an accredited professional tour operator we have direct online booking access via the airlines Global Distribution System, allowing us to secure the best airfare and routing options for our clients. We issue our own tickets and assist you with seat allotments and mileage programs.

Licensed guides

TSA Tours employs only fully licensed professional adult guides, nationals of their country, for all guided excursions.

Credit Card payments

Payments made on Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards provide participants with additional benefits and security. These payments can be made at no additional charge, in writing, through our office. An authorization form can be downloaded from our web site.

International security

Security and protection of our clients is paramount in all situations including travel disruptions of any kind.

If, for reasons of your personal security, the U.S Dept. of State issues a formal Travel Warning stating Americans should not travel to a country on your proposed tour itinerary, within 30 days of your travel dates, you will have the option of redirecting your travel or a full refund, less your initial deposit.
